Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship to almost every country in the world. We ship internationally for a flat fee of $28! Canada is $21. Note: Shipping charges are assessed at a flat rate however any duties & taxes charges that become due in order to receive the shipment are the responsibility of the consignee to pay so the shipment can be delivered.

  • How do I get free shipping?

    Free standard shipping (US only) will be included on all orders $30 and over. For orders under $30, standard shipping is a flat-rate $3.50.

  • What is the shipping timeline?

    All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order receipt Monday through Friday. Standard Shipping by the Post Office is usually about 4-7 business days. This timeline is not guaranteed as some packages arrive earlier or later depending on your location.

  • Does Divine Derriere come discretely packaged?

    Our package are delivered in standard shipping boxes with no logos but the shipping label will have our name and address written on it.

  • How will i know if my order has been received?

    Once your checkout is complete you can expect a confirmation sent to the email you provided.

  • When is my credit card charged?

    Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via AmazonPay, Paypal and Apple Pay for US customers.

  • My credit card keeps getting declined

    Check with your bank and ensure that your billing address is correct. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to us at care@divinederriere.com with other questions you may have.

Order Status

  • How can i check the status of my order?

    Sign into your account and click orders. You should be able to see tracking numbers for each order that has shipped. Of course you can also call or email us and we'll check it for you! We'd love to hear from you.

  • How do i change my address or cancel my order?

    In an effort to get your order out asap, we move fast and process orders very quickly. Please contact us immediately after placing an order if you have changed your mind or need to make any changes. If we can catch your order before it gets shipped, we may be able to change or cancel it.

  • I have not received an order confirmation, what should i do?

    Order confirmation emails are sent instantaneous. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us at care@divinederriere.com with your inquiry.

Returns

  • How do i place a return or exchange?

    We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with Divine Derriere as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and please note the original shipping cost is nonrefundable. Divine Derriere Reward points and spend associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. If you wish to initiate a return, please email care@divinederriere.com.

  • How to return a product

    To qualify for a refund, we require the empty container to be returned along with your original divinederriere.com order # and the return authorization (RA) # assigned to your return. It is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we do recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification of delivery. We must receive the canister(s) within 30 days from the date of original purchase for the refund to be valid.

  • Where are your products made?

    Our products are made in the USA as that is where we have found the best technology and innovation.

  • Do you test on animals?

    Never!!! Our products are cruelty free. Divine Derriere love all animals, are animal advocates, and in no way support animal testing of any kind.

  • Can I sell Divine Derriere products on my own site?

    Unfortunately, your purchase of Divine Derriere products is only for your personal use. By purchasing Divine Derriere products, you agree not to resell or distribute such products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use.
